Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to be a key member of our team. As we embark on this exciting journey, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with patients and clinical staff.
  • Manage patient records and update information accurately.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information to patients.
  • Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

  • Exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
